Refund Policy

  • All items sold by Unique wall prints are made to order. When an order is placed, a custom request is automatically sent to our print studio for immediate printing and fulfilment. Please review the items you have chosen before placing your order, as we cannot cancel, refund or exchange your order you once the transaction has been madeAs goods are made to order by our partner print studio we have no processes in which to receive, store and in turn re-sell goods. We hope you understand, thanks.

  • If you have received your order and it is damaged, please send photos and your order number in an email to info@uniquewallprints.com as soon as you can on receiving the print and we will arrange a replacement ASAP. 

  • If you think your prints have gone missing during transport, please send an email to info@uniquewallprints.com so we can track them down! 

  • Unique Wall Prints are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect information provided.
